Q&A: Any solo travelers visiting Costa Rica around the middle of Nov to mid Dec?
I’m visiting costa rica to go surfing and exploring solo and was looking to meet up with any other solo travelers. Any chicas going solo? Any other surfers?

Man, I’m a costarrican living in Thailand.
I love surfing and my country is amazing. I’m going there ( for vacations ) by the end of February and is exactly the same, my wife and daughter stay with some families and I go by my self surfing for 5 days is amazing but is difficult to find a partner, yes!!!
Enjoy “La Bruja” the coolest surfing spot in Costa Rica… run it right and be careful with the reef… great waves!!! Cool!!

I am guessing you will be staying at some backpacker hotels around the country? If so, you can be sure that you will find nice people to join.
In San José try out the backpacker “Pangea”, it is very popular and they will be able to hook you up with somebody or at least give you the best ideas. It is a good place to start your surfing-roundtrip in Costa Rica!! Stay there one night, get all the info you need and then take the public bus to the coolest beaches.
