Q&A: Apparently Raichu can learn Surf in Pokemon Heartgold?
I’ve heard several times that Raichu can learn Surf in Pokemon Heartgold, i tried to teach him it but it says hes unable. So he either can’t learn it or its my Raichu or whatever?

increase level of raichu to over 75 then try

u need to download the yelllow forest map for ur pokewlker, then use that to catch a pikachu, and it is only in this map that u can get a pikachu with surf, and some have fly in there moveset too

download the yellow forest map. with said map, you can catch a pikachu that knows surf.
