Question: What Pokemon can learn Surf and Cut?
I need to know because for now only my Bibarel can learn it and I’m tyring to evovle my Kabuto but it’s taking forever.
The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!

Almost any water pokemon can learn surf. (Except Magicarp) There is also a way to teach Pikachu to learn surf but that was back during Pokemon Yellow (if you did that, there was a mini game where Pikachu was in a surfing contest).
All grass types can learn cut. Most bug types can learn cut. Some normal and pyschic types can learn cut.

Out at a local break learning to ride a rather tippy surf ski, the Fenn Mako Millennium. Waves are gentle waist to shoulder high, but 15-20kn side wind makes things tricky.
