Question: surf wax alternatives?
i just got a skim board for a trip im taking but i dont have any surf wax. what else can i put on my board for more traction besides buying a traction pad?

a candle could do it but f the water is extremely cold then it’ll probably be too hard to offer any traction. probably wont give much traction anyway.
how come your able to buy a skimboard and traction pad but cant pick up some wax?
